I can not believe that the Brewers are at .5o0 this late in the season. At 56-56 they are 3rd place in the National League Central and are only 4 games out of the Wild Card spot. Ok, ok...I might have jinzed it, but you have to be impressed.

I do need to say that I am very happy to see that you are writing in your journal again. I think you'll find that it's a good way of communicating with people you don't see everyday... me for example.
I hope training goes well, I'm sure it will, and I hope that your exercise schedule keeps going as planned. Just remember that you can still lose weight working out 3 times a week... you don't need to work out almost everyday... except is you like it :)
